The co-Prince of Andorra

The co-Prince of Andorra pays visits the mountain statelet today. Nicolas Sarkozy, better known as the president of France, doubles as one of the two heads of state of this  princedom on the border with Spain. For centuries French kings, emperors and presidents have shared this function with the bishops of Urgell, in Catalonia.
