Centre for victims of torture and violence threatened with closure
Association Primo Levi website
By Mike Woods

The centre run by the Primo Levi Association offers a unique, multidisciplinary approach to caring for victims of torture and political violence living in exile in France. Psychoanalysis and clinical psychology are blended with social and legal services to offer clients long-term support as they struggle to live with their experiences. But unless it can find more donors, the centre may be forced to close, and its organisers say that would be destructive for the people who need it.
