France's TGV a victim of its own success

SeeSchloss/Wikimedia CommonsFrance launched its TGV high-speed train network in the early 1980s to improve links between Paris and the provinces. Many people take advantage of this network on a daily basis but it is not without its drawbacks, for both the traveller and the rail operator.
