France's teetotallers flex their market muscles

Wine, champagne, cognac, or pastis - four world famous French alcoholic drinks which are hard to separate from French culture. But not everyone in France drinks alcohol and it's sometimes difficult for teetoallers to participate in the quintessential French activity of enjoying an apéritif. However, some companies are now cashing in on the potential for alcohol-free wines and beers, particularly for the France's growing Muslim population.
