Few things seem more typically American than fast food hamburgers. So when a gourmet food truck "Le camion qui fume" set up business in western Paris last November, its high-quality burgers were a novel concept. But they’ve also become a big hit, drawing large crowds with their blend of French and American cuisine and culture.
