Ethnic jobseekers face racial discrimination

Despite strong anti-discrimination legislation in France, graduates from so-called visible minorities still struggle to get jobs in line with their qualifications. A French non-government organisation called Afip has been helping them for the last ten years via personalised mentoring programmes. But it’s an uphill task, made even more difficult due to the ban on ethnic statistics.
