For nearly 30 years campaigners in France have joined co-thinkers around the world for four days of fasting to mark the anniversaries of the August 1945 Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings. With renewed calls for the new government to dismantle its weapons of mass destruction, is France finally ready to give up its nuclear arsenal?
