Paris gay rights groups organised a kiss-in, a five-minute public display of affection open to all couples, regardless of their sexual orientation, on Thursday evening. The organisers hope to help the French be more comfortable with homosexuals being affectionate in public, as the debate over gay marriage and adoption continues to rage.
