Parisians learn at the School of Life

Issued on:

Ever dreamt of a school that could teach you precisely what school didn't? That's what the School of Life aims to do via workshops offering good ideas for everyday life. Founded in London in 2008 by Swiss-born philosopher Alain de Botton, it has branches in Melbourne, Amsterdam, Rio and now here in Paris. Initially a bit wary when the school was launched in April, Parisians are now queueing up to learn more about how to get the job of their dreams, realise their potential or have a good conversation.
