Rescuers are still looking for six people that are believed to be buried under the rubble of the collapsed building.

Twelve people have been injured and taken to the nearby hospital, with four being in a serious condition.

The Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve visited the site on Sunday morning where the blast occurred around 8am.

A rescue worker on site said it was possible to find survivors under the rubble within the next 12 to 24 hours. Search dogs are being used to locate survivors.
