In the lead up to the Paris’ COP21 international conference on climate change, there seems to be a growing public awareness of what is at stake. There is a realisation that the Earth’s resources are finite, and attitudes are becoming greener. Host country France is making huge efforts to set an example - and some initiatives are shaping out to make the world a healthier place. We know about recycling and how and why it is so important. But much more could be done. Paris is trying to get more and more involved in the so-called "circular economy". But what is it?
