The watercolour illustration depicts the Turkish astronomer who discovered the asteroid B612, the Little Prince's planet, pointing at a blackboard with mathematical equations.
The drawing appears on page 17 of the original 1943 version of the book and is expected to fetch 400,000 to 500,000 euros according to the auction house Artcurial.
The watercolour sketch measures 21.3 by 23.9 centimetres and is to go under the hammer on 9 December.
Saint-Exupéry's The Little Prince has been translated into more than 270 languages and is, according to Artcurial, the book most widely read in the world after the Bible.
