A broad-based Syrian opposition group on Tuesday announced that they have drafted a political roadmap for post-Assad Syria. The document, the first of its kind from the Syrian opposition, offers proposals for a new constitution. It also calls for a special independent tribunal to try former members of the regime for crimes against humanity. Rafif Jouejati, who is a member of the committee behind The Day After Project, says a transitional government should consider its proposals.
