An estimated 78,500 Syrians have legally crossed the border into Turkey since the start of the current uprising. As the camps fill up, refugees are struggling to cope with rising rents and a shortage of jobs. In the Turkish town of Kilis, many refugees working on grape farms have accepted low pay and unpleasant conditions.
