Will Dominique Strauss-Kahn try France's new DSK aphrodisiac drink?
The makers of a new soft drink have high hopes for their product, they say its an aphrodisiac and its called DSK, the initials often used in France to abbreviate disgraced former IMF boss Dominique Strauss-Kahn
The manufacturers of the beverage, Stéphane Briault and Patrice Guillard explain that the initials describe the drink’s ingredients: Drink Saffron Kiwi and that they are listed in order of importance…
“People will either like it or not, but they certainly won’t forget what its called!” exclaimed Stephane Briault.
“It looks a bit like champagne, with its tiny bubbles. It’s sweet, with a slight taste of honey, but the taste of Saffron,” says Guillard. “It’s a 100 per cent natural drink, with an organic kiwi base and no colour additives or preservatives.”
Ten thousand bottles are waiting to be sold in the coming days, in the Monts de Guéret rest area off the RN145 road in Creuse in central France, but it will not be sold in supermarkets.
A pack of six bottles of 27cl will be sold at around 16 euros.
