About this project:

This project actually began 20 years ago with my colleagues Rosslyn Hyams and Philip Turle. At that time Philip was the host of Club 9516 and he and Rosslyn read listeners’ recipes on the programme. Luckily for us, Rosslyn never threw those recipes away!

When I took over Club 9516 – now The Sound Kitchen – Rosslyn told me about those early recipe-collecting days and suggested I follow up on it. With the help of our resident web wizard, Anthony Terrade, here we are 20 years later with your recipes ready for publication … and tasting!
