Sarah ElzasAfter the hottest spring since 1900, there was unseasonal gloom on Tuesday for France's annual music festival, la fête de la musique. But grey skies and showers didn't put off the thousands of performers outside bars, on bridges and on the streets of Paris or stop the crowds flocking to listen to them.
