Now in its fifth year, the Monumenta project invites an artist of international stature to design a brand new work to fill the nave of Paris’s Grand Palais – a monumental space of over 13,000 square metres. This year’s guest of honour is French artist Daniel Buren, whose Excentrique(s) fills the space with a canopy of colourful plastic circles
