There is ongoing tension in Paris over the disruption caused to residents by the city's nightlife. Some bars stay open until 2am and many Parisians complain that the noise made by customers stops them from sleeping. The problem gets worse during the warm summer months. The city has been trying to find a solution which will keep residents satisfied but which does not kill the Paris nightlife. And one group thinks it has the answer. Its plan is to send strange-looking performers out into the night, to spread the message of "Shhh!"
