Car-sharing spreads in France

This summer we've heard a lot about the troubles of the French car industry: Peugeot announced it would be laying off 8,000 workers as car sales in Europe are down. They're down because of the economic crisis. But there's also a growing movement of car-sharing: companies are popping up that are allowing car owners to make money off of their cars when they're not using them.
