Argentina set to default on sovereign debt

Argentina looks set to default on its sovereign debt for the second time in 13 years. A United States Supreme Court judge has ordered Buenos Aires to pay a group of hedge funds one billion euros. The Argentine government says that it cannot afford the sum and  won't pay up.
